Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LAST. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. This is a draft pending legal review.
1. The service
- LAST lets you generate AI images and videos using third-party AI models, on a pay-as-you-go credit basis.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your country to enter a contract.
3. Credits and payment
- Generations consume credits. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-transferable.
- Prices may change; changes will not affect credits you have already bought.
- See the Refund Policy for refund terms.
4. Acceptable use
- You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
5. Your content and ownership
- You retain rights to the prompts you submit and, subject to the underlying model licenses, the outputs you generate.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload or reference.
6. Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for the service.
7. Termination
- You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend access for violations or to protect the service.
