Refund Policy

How refunds work for LAST credit purchases. This is a draft pending legal review and must be reconciled with EU consumer law (including the right of withdrawal).
1. Digital goods
- Credits are digital goods consumed immediately when you generate content. Once credits have been used to generate, that portion is generally non-refundable.
2. Unused credits
- If you have a billing problem or unused credits and believe a refund is warranted, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review it in good faith.
3. EU right of withdrawal
- EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which can be waived once delivery/consumption begins. The exact handling must be confirmed by a lawyer.
