To keep LAST safe and legal, you agree not to use it for the following. This is a draft pending legal review.
1. Prohibited content
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors — strictly forbidden and reported.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes of real people.
- Content that impersonates real people to deceive, defraud, or defame.
- Hateful, harassing, or violent content targeting protected groups.
- Content promoting illegal activity, self-harm, or terrorism.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Misappropriating others' likeness, trademarks, or copyrighted work without rights.
- Attempting to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or security controls.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without permission.
3. Enforcement
- We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
